Description: Funds will support planning and managerial positions as well as maintenance and administration expenses for the agencies involved in the Milwaukee Urban Area Security Initiative.

Anticipated Funding Amount: The total amount of funding available is $568,965 and shall be allocated as follows:
Match/Cost Sharing Requirement: None
Eligibility: The following are the only agencies eligible to apply for available funds:
- Milwaukee Police Department: $257,500
- Milwaukee Fire Department: $195,000
- Milwaukee Health Department: $116,465
Eligible Expenses: All expenses must be new and cannot replace existing government funding. Funding shall be used in accordance with the 2008 UASI spending plan and may include salaries, fringe benefits and other employee expenses for the positions as described above.
